Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip generated from our portal to ensure faster processing.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your returned fashion pieces, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send out your exchange items within 5 business days.
